Learning English and Chinese in a healthy way

– Lesson 1


Hello this is Linda Lin and I would like to share my new ideas with you.

I am a teacher and therapist. I have designed this program for people who are willing to learn English or Chinese in a very special way - the way that helps people who are concerned with their health and would like to take an active part in assisting their own healing, or in maintaining their health while they are learning a new language.

It doesn't matter what your language ability is - if you continue to study and practice in this way, you will find yourself be able to understand, read and speak other languages much easier.

Learning English or Chinese is not that hard. It can be fun. All you need to do is play it over and over. Read it, repeat it. Make it your meditation music every morning and night.

It doesn't matter what your disease is. If you believe my health advice makes sense and you choose to follow these ideas, your health is sure to improve.

I will read every paragraph at normal speed. I will then repeat them very, very slowly in order for you to be able to catch them. Now please follow me.
