Perfect Health - Lesson 2 - By Linda Lin









Lesson 2: Health and Wellness

Hello this is Linda Lin. I am glad to be able to meet you in
this way.
What we are going to learn today is about our health and
wellness.
First of all, let’s look at their definitions.

Health is a
relative state in which one is able to function well physically, mentally,
socially, and spiritually in order to express the full range of one's unique
potentialities within the environment in which one is living.
Health is defined
as the overall mental and physical state of a person: the absence of disease.

But wellness is
more than that.
Wellness refers
to the state of being in optimal mental and physical health.
In other words, wellness is an overall balance of your
physical, social, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, environmental, and
occupational well-being.

Being in good health may lead to wellness. A sense of
wellness can be good for health. They complement each other.

Good health is:
having no fatigue
having a good appetite
going to sleep and awakening easily
being free from diseases
having good memory
being in good humor
having precision in thought and action
not being clumsy
being honest, humble, grateful and loving

How healthy are you?

I believe that maintaining good health and preventing
illness lies in the hands of the individuals themselves.

Good health comes from good habits and wise choices.
To enjoy good health and obtain wellness now and in the
future, we must learn how to exercise, control stress, be clean, and reduce the
risk of disease.
We must get into the habit of eating nutritious foods,
having plenty of sleep, and understand how physical and emotional health is
related.

It is essential for you to understand how your own mental
patterns are constantly creating your own life experiences, all of them, the
good experiences and the so-called bad experiences, and also how these same
mental patterns are contributing to your health.

Remember: It is you who heals yourself. It is ONLY you who
can bring to yourself health and wellness.

您好,我是琳达老师。我很高兴能够以这种方式与您相识。

我们今天要学习的是关于我们的健康和安宁。

有良好的胃口
-        
进入睡眠和苏醒都很容易
-        
没有病
-        
有良好的记忆力
-        
有良好的幽默感
-        
具有精确缜密的思想和行动
-        
不笨拙
-        
做到诚实,谦卑,感激和仁




您有多健康呢?



我相信:保持健康和预防疾病的关键掌握在我们每个人自己的手中。



良好的健康来自良好的习惯和明智的选择。

为了现在和未来能够享受健康和获得安宁,我们必须学习如何练习,控制压力,保持清洁,以及降低疾病的风险。

我们必须养成良好的习惯,吃营养性的食物,提供充足的睡眠,以及了解身体的健康与心理的健康有着什么样的关联。



您必须了解自己的心理模式是如何不断地创造着自己的生活经历,
一切,好的经历和所谓糟糕的经历,以及这种心理模式是如何影响着您的身体健康



记住:您就是自己的治疗师。只有您能给予您自己健康和安宁
